Dr. Anna Hoellein

Originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, Dr. Hoellein relocated to the Athens area and has quickly embraced the local community as her home. Before entering Dental School, she lived in Germany, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (DMD) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2025. Dr. Hoellein joined Athens Dental Services in January 2026.

Dr. Hoellein has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic Dentistry focusing on both the function and aesthetics of her patients’ smiles. She is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing personalized care in a welcoming environment! Outside the Practice, Dr. Hoellein enjoys spending time with her husband, baby daughter and their two golden retrievers. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with patients and serving the Athens community for years to come!
